Again using a traditional style of painting David has also depicted the Wigan rugby and football stadia. These include the now demolished Central Park and Springfield Park, and more recently the JJB Stadium.
Again these images have always been extremely popular, with many limited edition prints selling out. A particularly popular painting was that of local hero Billy Boston. A print was released that was counter-signed by Billy. A low number of these special signed editions are still available. Please email edwinfineart@hotmail.co.uk to check availability.
The originals of many of David's rugby and football pictures are now in the boardroom of JJB Stadium.
